Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

Jean Pierre Jewelers offers insured, overnight shipping with signature required upon delivery via US Postal Service. Orders greater than $750 will be shipped at no charge to our customers. In stock items will be shipped out within 1-2 business days with protective packaging, insurance, tracking and signature required. Out of stock or back orders may take up to 8 weeks for production and delivery. If an item ordered is not in stock, the customer will receive an email notification with an estimate on arrival.  At this time, Jean Pierre Jewelers does not offer international shipping. 

 

RETURNS

We hope that you love what you ordered from Jean Pierre Jewelers. But in the event that you don't, we've made it as simple as possible to return or exchange items to us.

Online Orders: Returns on full price merchandise are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery. There is a 25% restocking fee applied to all returns. There are no returns on natural mined diamond engagement rings or custom orders. Jean Pierre Jewelers is not responsible for the return shipping fee. All returned items must be shipped back to Jean Pierre Jewelers via FedEx or USPS, insured with signature required, and with protective packaging. The merchandise must be in unworn and unused condition. Credits will not include original shipping charges.

In Store Orders: In store purchases are eligible for exchange only, within 30 days. There are no refunds. The merchandise must be in new, unused and unworn condition. There are no returns on any custom orders, special orders, or any items that have been sized or modified at the time of initial purchase. 

Please email info@jeanpierrejewelers.com for return or exchange requests. Please provide your name, address, order number and reason for return or exchange. Approved online returns will be credited with a deduction of initial shipping charges incurred by Jean Pierre Jewelers, and a 25% restocking fee. The credit will be initialed upon receipt of the merchandise. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. All returns require signature confirmation. Jean Pierre Jewelers will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Jean Pierre Jewelers reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in Jean Pierre Jewelers' sole discretion.


SPECIAL ORDERS & CUSTOM ORDERS

Placing a special order is a commitment to the item purchased. Special orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable from the time the order is placed. Special orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Jean Pierre Jewelers' knowledgeable and friendly staff are happy to answer any questions about special orders and customization to existing stock items such as ring size, chain length, etc.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. There are no exceptions. 

 

ORDER STATUS

We will email order status updates to the email address provided at check-out. Updates include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information. You are also able to check order status by logging into your Jean Pierre Jewelers account.

 

SALES TAX:

Jean Pierre Jewelers charges sales tax. The sales tax rate depends on city and county guidelines.

 

PRICING

All Jean Pierre Jewelers prices are our current Suggested Retail prices. Prices are subject to change. Jean Pierre Jewelers reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a good or service to be provided by Jean Pierre Jewelers (Goods) is listed on this website at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or errors in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Jean Pierre Jewelers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
